The History of Tacoma Motorsports In 1977 we opened our doors from very humble beginnings in the Highland Hills Shopping Center. Rising from the rubble of a former bankrupt dealership, we opened with one used bike and 5 roto-tillers. Under the guidance of his father-in-law, Walter Cotten, owner Bruce Burwell learned lessons in ethics and integrity not taught in classrooms (or in his former banking career). In 1986 we constructed a new 14,000 sq ft building on our present 3 acre site. Our new building gave us the ability in subsequent years to add Sea-Doo, Yamaha, and Suzuki to our original Honda product lines. We have grown and prospered over the years, but the core principles on which we were founded remain.

Our Sales Team Our sales team is led by industry veteran, Norm Couts. You will find Norm and his crew eager to make your buying experience as simple and easy as possible. Our professional sales staff includes Craig Cotten, Matt Larson, and Eric Belshaw. New or used, we will find the perfect machine for you at a price that's easy on your pocketbook. To help finalize your purchase, you will meet Rochelle Stanley, our finance and insurance specialist. She will tailor your financing to best meet your needs and show you how to dramatically extend your factory warranty for only a few dollars a month!

The Service Management is continuously improving our Service Department, through education of our technicians, and the use of the latest in service technologies. We employ five manufacturer certified technicians throughout the season to guarantee a quality and efficient completion of your service request. The Tacoma Motorsports Service Department has the skills and knowledge to maintain and repair your motorcycle, ATV, personal watercraft,or Honda generator.
